Paying for your insurance should be simple and stress-free. Whether you prefer online banking or a one-time secure card payment we’ve got options that fit your needs.

Card Payment – Quick and Secure

Make a one-time payment with your credit card or visa debit in just a few clicks.

What You’ll Need:

  • Policyholder’s name
  • Your 11-digit policy number
  • Postal Code of the mailing address for the policy
  • Contact information (phone/email)
  • Card details

Tip: Your policy number can be found on your Policy Declaration or bill.

Online Bank Payment

Make a one-time or recurring payment online through your bank.

Log in to your online banking account.

Go to Bill Payments and select ‘Add a Payee’.

Search for and select: “The Commonwell Mutual Insurance Group”.

Enter your Commonwell policy number as the account number.

Have multiple policies? Set up a separate payment for each one to ensure accuracy.

You are now setup to make online payments.

Need help? Your bank can assist with adding a payee. Please allow up to 3 business days for your payment to process.

You can find your 11-digit policy number on your Policy Declaration or payment schedule.

The Commonwell uses a leading, Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) compliant payment provider for its credit card and debit card ecommerce payment processing services. When you make a one-time payment using our credit card payment platform, your credit card information is not stored on file by The Commonwell. Once the secure transaction is complete, your personal credit card information is not accessible to The Commonwell.

Commonwell will be displayed on the statement.

Immediately following the transaction, you will see an onscreen confirmation that you have the option of printing. If you provided an email address when you submitted your card information you will also receive an emailed copy of the receipt.

Note that by making a payment on this page, it does not automatically update the credit card number on your policy. If you would like us to make the change for you, please call us directly at 1-844-267-7577.
